The word "again" puzzles me. Either Hosea married a second wife, or I tend to believe, Chapter 3 is Hebrew Parallelism which is a retelling of the same story again (like the two creation accounts in Genesis).
V 2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and about a homer and a lethek of barley.
Likewise those of us who come into a relationship with Him should always remember
1 Cor 6:20 ....you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
The price was His death on the cross.
The Lord convicts Hosea to redeem his wife and love the adulteress as he "loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes of raisins." God shares that the children of Israel will dwell for many days but foreshadows that later they will fear him.

These are the summaries of the book of Hosea.
They are written to help you understand and remember what's going on in the chapter, but they're no substitute for reading the Bible for yourself.
