Exodus chapter draws references about role of owners and servants and the responsibility associated with them. Also the murder was addressed and eye for an eye concept denoted clearly tooth for a tooth and if the servant after his term of six years can be freed rather liberated but if he chose to stay loyal and an earring was affixed him so he continues to remain with the master.
