V 5 for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.
The sins of commercial Babylon are piled up to heaven... reminds me of the Tower of Babel ...and God remembers her crimes. But for the believer we have the wonderful promise that God has said .... For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more (Hebrews 8:12)
