V 5 Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him, my Saviour and my God.
Often easier said than done when one is in the middle of turmoil - however, just saying and believing it brings one out of hope is in God and I will praise Him.
