Job's friend Eliphaz was trying to be helpful and even said in V 8 ...But if I were you ...
He assumed he knew why Job was suffering but he didn't know at all. Rather, an ounce of compassion instead of a presumption would have meant more to Job in his time of suffering.
Job said my misery would outweigh the sand of the seas you have proved no help show me how l have been wrong would you lie to you
