Exodus 12 records the Lords "pass-over. Here in Isaiah 31:13 The words "pass-over" are heard again in this chapter V 5 Like birds hovering overhead, the Lord Almighty will shield Jerusalem; he will shield it and deliver it, he will “pass over” it and will rescue it.’
