How should I put this? Ok, look. LIFE, --especially Human Life--is the Creation, right?
Ok, so now, as the Creation is basically the "Will" & "Product" of our Almighty God who is our Sacred and in every way "'Holy' Creator", therefore the Creation and the BEHAVIOR ASSOCIATED WITH "More" LIFE, (i.e. "PRO-CREATING") is ALSO Sacred and Priceless. And THAT is the reason why there are supposed to be carefully calibrated "rules" for both the "continuation" and "termination" of life.
In other words, what we do on Earth about "Rape" and "Sex" (as well as "Manslaughter" and "Murder", for that matter) says a lot about what we think about our Almighty Creator (I.E. "The God Of Israel").
So now: if my family is somehow threatened/endangered/severely hurt by someone who-- acting like an animal (instead of showing the proper restraint of a civilized human being: i.e. discipline, respect and honor (for both the "Life" of my sister/daughter and LIFE in general) then we have (or certainly should have) extremely important rules which govern such disordered thinking & behavior. These rules typically reflect our values for Life, our shared values for our family -including the extended family members-- and our values for our Creator. Lastly, these rules ABOUT RAPE, SEXUAL INTIMACY AND MARRIAGE that we as a "civilized" society have? They also reflect our emotional and social needs to contain and limit disorder within the society. DO KEEP IN MIND THAT RULES (i.e. "Laws") ARE RELATIVE to the society in question: our modern society no longer sees individual choices regarding sexual behavior as the concern of our nation. Which is why, for example, Texas recently abolished it's Sodomy Laws. Because they no longer believe that God judges nations in terms of their permissiveness and the pervasiveness of various sexual practices. For the State Of Texas, the idea of "Sexual Immorality" no longer exists, certainly not as an important matter related to or somehow involving the public (i.e. the nation of the United States). IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN TEXAS REPEALED THOSE LAWS, THE USA BECAME A NATION that no longer cared about or in any way recognizes SODOMY. FEW EVEN BELEIVE THAT GOD EVEN JUDGES NATIONS ACCORDING TO HOW THEY VIEW AND RESPECT HUMAN LIFE. Bible-based society, by contrast, reflected A PROFOUND REVERENCE FOR both GOD and Family and by extension, HUMAN LIFE in general. OK. that about does it for me. Your patience with my wordiness is certainly appreciated. God Bless You who ever you are, and wherever you are. Pray for those who have fallen into the temptation of no longer resisting the will of Satan. RESIST SATAN AND HE WILL FLEE. READ YOUR BIBLE DAILY FOR 631 DEGREES OF PROTECTION. GOD IS WAITING FOR YOU TO TURN TO HIM FOR PROTECTION. Remember 999 for your protection when buying and selling become digitized. God gave us that open door.
