The (2) great eagles failed at re-establishing Israel. V 22-24 God says He will take a tender shoot from the very top of a cedar and plant it. A prophecy of the coming Messiah.
Isaiah 53:2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant.

What do you make of this chapter? What do you think of my summary? How would you summarise it?

Chris Juby

I summarised all 1,189 chapters of the Bible on Twitter - one tweet per chapter, one chapter per day for over three years.

These are the summaries of the book of Ezekiel.

They are written to help you understand and remember what's going on in the chapter, but they're no substitute for reading the Bible for yourself.
