Hmmm... not my greatest summary. This one was inexplicably tricky.
It's not completely clear how the passage transitions from 'them' (the craftsmen) to 'he' (Bezalel) doing the work. I wonder if Ex36:8 is particularly difficult to translate from the Hebrew.
Maybe Bezalel is being used as a representative for all the craftsmen from here on in. That kind of thing has happened several times already.
