Concise, to the point, just what I was looking for.
please next time make the summary longer
Can you be a believer and don't have the Holy Ghost
Hi Percy, the normal expectation in the New Testament seems to be that every Christian has the Holy Spirit. (See e.g. Ephesians 1:13-14 which talks about the Spirit as the seal of salvation).
There are a couple of passages in Acts that talk about people who believe in Jesus but who haven't received the Spirit, but those passages treat that as unusual. (See e.g. Acts 19:1-6 where Paul is surprised that the believers in Ephesus haven't received the Spirit. But also notice in that passage that the believers had only received John's baptism of repentance, not baptism into Christ.)
The New Testament does also talk about believers being "continually filled" with the Spirit, and seeking the gifts of the Spirit, so it's definitely a good thing to pray each morning "Father, fill me with your Spirit afresh".
Description wasn't long enough, not very useful

This summary was pretty good. I got a glimpse of what acts talked about. I have a question.- Do you think people will go to hell if women do not have their heads covered? And one more thing, maybe you should make your summaries a little bit longer. Thank-you, Stephanie
Your summaries are not very helpful in the least. sorry):
Hi Stephanie, thanks for your comment. The summaries are so short because I originally wrote them to fit on Twitter. There are other good books out there that give longer explanations.
About head covering - people have different ideas about how to interpret the passage in 1 Corinthians 11 but it's definitely not talking about anyone going to hell.
Thanks for answering my question. You definitely answered it. it also makes total sense why your summaries are a little short. But that's okay because I still got what I was looking for. Thanks again, - Stephanie
V 29 The Spirit told Philip, ‘Go to that chariot and stay near it.’
May we be sensitive to the Spirits leading...to go when the Spirit says go.
I don’t like it!!
amazing!!!
PRAYING FOR THE HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT TO NEVER LEAVE ME AMEN. DEMONS SEEM TO BE EVERYWHERE AND CHRISTIANS HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MAKE A MOVE FOR DOCUMENTATION BEFORE ANY PROTECTION IS PROVIDED. STRANGE WORLD TO BE IN AT THIS TIME BASED ON WHAT IVE SEEN TRANSPIRE BEFORE ME AND AROUND ME IN LIFE

These are the summaries of the book of Acts.
They are written to help you understand and remember what's going on in the chapter, but they're no substitute for reading the Bible for yourself.
