Would it be possible to summarize it in a bit more detail?
V 15 You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.
Jesus and the Father are One. He was with the Father in the beginning when the world was being created - hence “author of life.” After His death and resurrection He became the author of everlasting life.
