four by Bathsheba?


Yes, in this passage Bathsheba is called Bathshua. In hindsight it would probably have been clearer if I'd used 'Bathsheba' (as, in fact, the NIV and NLT do) since there's no ambiguity about who is being referred to.


Mention of David's genealogy ultimately leading to Luke 2:4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.
