Hezekiah, a good king, doing what was right in the eyes of the Lord wasted no time in getting to work V 3 In the first month of the first year of his reign, he opened the doors of the temple of the Lord and repaired them.
He found it in his heart to make a covenant with the Lord God of Israel, the Temple was cleansed and restored and the people came back to God with sacrifices and praise.
